- Responding promptly to customer orders and allocate it instantly in the System.
- Follow-up with the placed order and making sure the cycle is processing correctly.
- Respond Customer’s orders, complaints and inquiries on the different channels (Social Media, website, system…etc.) on-time.
- Place all orders on-time and avoiding the backlogs.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Update and verify customers database.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with computer, Internet and systems.
- MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Experience: Back Office (Ticketing) / Social Media moderation (Preferable).
- English level: Very Good to Excellent in writing and reading.
- Communication: Excellent.
