About the Job
  • Responding promptly to customer orders and allocate it instantly in the System.
  • Follow-up with the placed order and making sure the cycle is processing correctly.
  • Respond Customer’s orders, complaints and inquiries on the different channels (Social Media, website, system…etc.) on-time.
  • Place all orders on-time and avoiding the backlogs.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Update and verify customers database.
Job Requirements
  • Familiar with computer, Internet and systems.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience: Back Office (Ticketing) / Social Media moderation (Preferable).
  • English level: Very Good to Excellent in writing and reading.
  • Communication: Excellent.
