Job Description
- Win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers in his territory.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Manage and meet customers’ expectations and needs
- Close pending cases in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, solve their problems and escalate when necessary
- Following up on the customer cases and constantly updating them
- Ensure following up with operations for any special customer needs or to resolve any problematic issues.
- Evaluate marketing and sales activities result in his territory.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science, Pharmaceuticals or Veterinary Medicine.
- Experience: not less than 1 year in same field.
- To be a resident of Elmohandseen, Eldoki and Giza
- Negotiation skills

- At least very good English writing and speaking.
