Job Description

    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
    • Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers in all channels (retailers, distributors, key accounts, Modern Trade. Assist the company with promotional ideas to increase business.
    • Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals.
    • Manage quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives.
    • Assist in managing quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your region.
    • Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for assigned region.
    • Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.
    • Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within your region.
    • Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business

              Job Requirements

              • Experience at work at least 10 years.
              • Experience in the FMCG (Food and Beverage ) industries for food frozen & beef .
              • industry in the last 5 years.
              • Very good communication skills.
              • Good command of English
