Job Description
- Coordinate all new device installations in server room.
- Basic support in data center equipment installation.
- Perform Data Center security and provide data center system monitoring services.
- Support planned maintenance events system, backup processes and disaster recovery drills.
- Prepare server cabinet space for power, Ethernet and cooling.
- Install/remove and test physical equipment in datacenter.
- Run preventive maintenance activities and take corrective actions within a limited scope.
- Maintain internal documentation and perform independent troubleshooting of recurring issues whenever required.
- Weekly visual inspections of facility respond to and escalate equipment alarms
- Perform daily and weekly server room clean up.
- Maintain adequate supply levels for Ethernet patch cables, power cables, power bars, and other tools.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Other qualifications:
- Data server’s management acumen.
- Strong technical experience in servers’ installation and testing.
- Hands on data center facilities handling.
