Job Description
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage and other benefits for employees.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and other payroll effects.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Preparing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
- Maintaining client records, ensuring active payroll hold the most up-to-date information
- Escalation of client, internal & partner issues via a corrective action request.
- Maintain employee details database for new and existing staff
- Assist the payroll team in a variety of administrative and project-oriented tasks.
- Serve as back-up for payroll processing; check payroll reports and payroll-related entries as required.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Graduates only
- Males are preferred
- Has the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic workplace
