Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Ensure that the fixed assets of Company are safe and booked in Register Cooperate with Treasury to insure that all bank statement and books are reconciled. Ensures all accounts in Egypt are stated in accordance with international- and local Financial Reporting Standards and Sanofi Group Standards (SAGA) Perform the local GAAP & ensure application of Group accounting principles ,Coordination of external & internal audits for Egypt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • All Inventory Provision : make sure on monthly basis the correct extraction and calculation for the Inventory provision and stock Revaluation in order to insure the right inventory reporting.
  • All fixed Assets books & Control: Manage and control all the fixed assets PR’S and make sure the correct allocation per Asset class and handle the fixed assets booking
  • Project under construction: Follow with the project owners and controlling all the projects under construction of the company and make sure follow up and responsible on the capitalization of the Projects.
  • Physical count for fixed Assets: Align and follow with all the fixed owner that the physical count is in place with the updating of the Fixed Asset Register.
  • Company Cars Payments ( Fleet Company): Follow up with facility management on the booking and disposal of the Company cars and insure the correct depreciation for each user.
  • Franco Commercial &Chemicals: Control and follow up and review its process with its financial statement on monthly basis
  • Monthly Analysis for Fixed Assets.: including Asset register, Addition & Disposal, asset under construction and to insure all its documentation and this analysis should be prepare and submit to A2R Head on monthly basis.
  • Monthly reconciliation for Reported Books and Packages for Franco: Make sure that the account reconciliation was done in monthly basis in the E-Close Tool
  • E-Close Follow up: make sure that all provision and accruals are in place with more efficiency

Others:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter.
  • Respect of personal data protection charter.
  • Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors of Commerce and Business Administration.

Related Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience In Financial Accounting & Reporting.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Very good command of English language.
  • Excellent Computer skills (win word, Excel, Access).
  • Communication & presentations skills
