Job Description
We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support high-ranking officials in our company.
Responsibility:
(A) Administrative Assistant Tasks:
- Handle information requests.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Professionally greet and receive guests, providers, and clients.
- Handle business emails.
- Follow up and assist with the Board of Directors.
- Dealing with day-to-day Administrative Operations
(B) Procurement Assistant Tasks:
- Provide documents needed by the registration & import department.
- Getting shipping docs from banks and arranging them to be sent to the clearance person.
- Assist to deal with suppliers outside Egypt and the implementation of purchases and international freight.
- Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions.
- Recording all shipments data which processed and keep the documents of the shipment in files.
- Maintain good relationships with potential suppliers.
- Assist to coordinate all purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Residence in Cairo.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of foreign purchases, or in the manufacturing field.
- Very good command of English a must.
- Bachelor of Foreign Trade or any other relevant education is required.
- Very good Microsoft Office User.
- Focus on team working.
- Strong in communication, Organization and Negotiation skills.
