Job Description
- Provide information in response to customers inquiries
- Illustrate our products & services to customers
- Determine customers’ needs & achieve customer sanctification
- Handle and resolve customers requests & complaints
- Follow-up with Target Depts. for exceptions & special requests
- Escalate calls to inbound Shift Leader if necessary
- Sending customers requests to the related departments
- Handle outbound calls upon queuing needs
- Suggesting ideas to enhance service level offered to customers
- Cross-Selling for BTC products & services
- Attend Team meetings to discuss our strengths & weaknesses
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language.
- Must have/has last experience in the banking or financial sector.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
