Job Description

  • Provide information in response to customers inquiries
  • Illustrate our products & services to customers
  • Determine customers’ needs & achieve customer sanctification
  • Handle and resolve customers requests & complaints
  • Follow-up with Target Depts. for exceptions & special requests
  • Escalate calls to inbound Shift Leader if necessary
  • Sending customers requests to the related departments
  • Handle outbound calls upon queuing needs
  • Suggesting ideas to enhance service level offered to customers
  • Cross-Selling for BTC products & services
  • Attend Team meetings to discuss our strengths & weaknesses

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English language.
  • Must have/has last experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
