Job Description
- Screening and sort qualified candidates using different and various searching tools.
- Draw & publish job advertisement according to company standards.
- Proceed recruitment processes; such as Job Analysis, CVs search, CVs filtration, CVs, phone screening, short-listing, interviews & head hunting if necessary, following tactics i.e. priory approved to allocate the right match.
- Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates.
- Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions.
- Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements. Use different types of interviews and make assessment after the interview. Shortlist the selected candidates for final interview- discuss the job offer with the final selected candidates after the approval from the concerned managers.
- Review applicant qualifications to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for the position and use different testing techniques appropriate for applicant evaluation.
- Provide management with reports of staff performance and interviewing operations.
- Attending Job Fairs for the recruitment purpose and Head Hunt candidates from different locations if required.
- Proceed all kinds of paper-work according to the company policy and standards.
- Regularly assist in reviewing and updating the job description after getting approval from the HR Department Head and create a new job description for new positions after conducting job analysis through collecting information from the concerned department heads and web search.
- Conduct exit Interviews and process the paperwork for employment termination.
- Build and maintain a pool of candidates of all times for all the positions.
- Summit on monthly basis reports concerns new hires & resignations of employees in the group and turnover ratio.
- File, Maintain and update paper and database of the Recruitment Section.
- Provide any kind of reports related to the Human Resources department’s work progress when required.
- Ensure that the necessary hiring documents are fully submitted for the Personnel department concerning the newly joined employees
Job Requirements
- Beholder degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role for min one year
- knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn
- Very good to Excellent English language
- Excellent using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication &negotiation skills
- Preferred to have HR Certificate or Diploma
- Presentable, have excellent time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
