Job Description
- Monitor all supplied raw materials.
- Monitoring the production process at different stages.
- Selecting sample from production line at interval times for inspection and testing.
- Carrying out tests on products by observing or measuring dimensions
- Carrying out tests on products by observing or measuring weight
- Carrying out tests on products by observing or measuring physical characteristics
- Carrying out tests on products by observing or measuring chemical characteristics
- Carrying out visual tests on products.
- The inspection scheme according to:
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 13485:2016 for medical device
- Specific responsibilities include:
- Specific using the acceptance and refusal criteria during inspection according to DIN & AFERA concepts.
- Stop non conformity cases during production and make non-conformance report no. 12 to the general manager of the quality control
- Auditor for ISO requirements.
- Record all data and the result of inspection, compute the percentage of defects and other statically measures, prepare inspection and test report and then monitor all graphically in chart report on excel sheet
- Analyze and correct the production problems.
- Checking the ideal production conditions
- Writing daily , monthly, and annually reports of inspection
