- Detect and correlate faults and conduct root cause analysis for the resolution of the fault in a timely manner and within SLA’s
- Cascade unsolved tickets to concerned entities as needed to ensure efficient resolution
- Plan and implement routine maintenance of the network elements as directed to ensure well-functioning at all times
Job Requirements
- (2-4) years of experience -Engineering Degree
- Certified CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, JNCIS, cvoice, PDH, SDH, Linux or Microsoft and recommended CCDA, CCDP and JNCIP, DCNID
