Job Description
- Develop and plan procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Review current standards and policies to make the needed amendments
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured audit plans and audit cases
- Monitor all operations that affect quality and send the reports to the concerned departments and the top management.
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff to ensure that all team members are following the Quality standards for both the company and the owner.
- Conduct on-site inspections and follow up the team to ensure that all the quality policies are implemented correctly.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Issue quality control plan and ITP’s and follow up the project quality plan
- Issue and follow up the method statement for all project items.
- Follow up all testing of materials according to the international standard and Egypt code distribution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Construction Engineering
- Post graduate Quality study is a must
- Quality management system (QMS)
- Aware of international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS) and Egyptian code distribution.
- 10 – 15 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Auto cad and Power Point).
