Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing a team of key account specialists, handling the most important accounts within the company.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with a variety of customers including physicians, pharmacists and other important stakeholders.
- Lead point of contact for all stakeholder matters, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the business are met.
- Manage the strategic creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Build new business from existing customers and develop new relationships with new potential customers.
- Managing a team of Key account specialist on a national level (Cairo , Giza , Alex and Canal)
- Creating yearly sales plans, with the help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and Marketing & Communication deliverables
- Responsible for trade marketing strategy and the execution for all marketing related activity within a group of specific accounts
- Focus on growing and developing existing customers and generating new business opportunities, through promotional activities to physicians, generating sales from key accounts & pharmacies and collaborating with private health insurance companies.
- Identify opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
- Responsible for coaching Key account specialist team that will help them to achieve their sales targets.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing account team assigned to each customer
- Plan and monitor Key Account Specialist team activities to achieve established sales targets
- Strategic planning to improve business productivity
- Negotiating contracts with the key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members & external stakeholders
Job Requirements
- University degree with medical background
- Working experience for at least 4 years in a sales management position directing teams with various skills and functions.
- Experience in private health insurance or contractual business.
- Trade marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience in Cairo, Giza, Alex and Canal is a plus.
