Job Description
- Receiving and delivering defective equipment from and to the branches of the company as well as suppliers.
- To inform the branches daily equipment received from the suppliers for delivery to customers and to add the technical report of the suppliers on the system.
- Follow-up customers complaints through consumer protection system and hotline.
- Follow-up with the financial management in the event those defective products are returned permanently to the deduction from the company's account.
