Job Brief
We’re seeking a qualified Sales Representative to help us sell the services that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Job Duties
- Generates leads
- Greet and assist website visitors to throw online chat
- Sends sales emails
- Responds to new customers emails
- Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
- Makes outbound sales calls
- Makes follow up calls with invited customers
- Reactivates dormant customers
- Responds to inbound calls from customers who reached us via various advertising channels
- Handles new customers' first project in alignment with the project manager
- Responds to existing customers calls when necessary
- Meets monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Prepares and submit sales reports
- Contributes sales plan development
Job Requirements
- BA/BS University degree
- Fluent in the English language
- Basic computer skills including (MS word - MS excel - MS outlook)
- Self-confidence
- Excellent communication skills
- Well Spoken
- Sales experience is a plus
