Job Description
- Presenting our projects to Customers in a structured professional way.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business.
- Handle & Following up with customers requests; Ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy. Expanding the Company's customer base and develop new clients.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
- Represent Company in Real Estate Events.
Job Requirements
- 3+years of experience in the field of real estate sales.
- Very Good English
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Negotiating and Selling Skills
- Presentable with excellent communication skills.
- A car owner is a must.
- Able to allocate outside Cairo.
- Company Provide Accommodation in ( Mansoura )
