Job Description
- Conducting user research, interviews, and product testing.
- Conducting competitive analyses and market research data.
- Creating user personas, user journey maps, usability tests, and surveys/questionnaires
- Creating a UX strategy and design
- Developing product prototypes and conducting product testing
- Communicating with stakeholders about the product development process and test results
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for multiple devices
- Experience in product usability testing tools.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and other designers to understand, identify, and take on complex business requirements and user needs
- Inspire and bring new ideas to the team
- Research customer needs, competitor products, trends, and best practices to take our product to the next level
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and use learnings to inform your designs
- Contribute to an evolving brand and growing design system
- Contribute to high-level strategic conversations with the rest of the product and leadership team
- Staying ahead of the game and up to date with latest the field has to offer
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, product usability moderating.
- The ability to absorb information, process it and produce ideas and solutions
- Familiarity with several mediums & platforms standards web forms.
- Fluency in Figma, Sketch or XD, Invision or similar tools
- Being up to date with the latest user-centered designs and always to implement the best practices
- Experience contributing to a design system, UX research methodologies, A/B testing, as well as designing for a subscription product
- Familiarity with SaaS (understanding variables, functions, and other conditional logic) is a must.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Understanding the principles of coding for web and/or mobile app experience [Nice to have]
