Job Description

  • Maintain and manage the relationship with clients, open channels for new business opportunities; renew maintenance contracts and acquire new maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with and guide the presales team in any projects pertaining warranty contracts throughout their process in terms of pricing, vendor selection and negotiation, selecting and designing the suitable solution.
  • Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB’s offering in warranty services.
  • Submit the yearly plan for the maintenance department including the budget, the resources, the development, and the targets (Responsible for enhancing maintenance annual revenues).
  • Maintain the minimum spare part stock level that cover the maintenance contract and keep track of it for the reorder level.
  • Keep track of the monthly invoicing plan according to the client’s contract terms and conditions.system.
  • Keeps track of the clients’ contracts renewal 3 months before expiration and provide a renewal proposal to the clients.
  • Manage all service activities provided for clients during warranty and annual maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor business and quality aspects of all technical services and maintenance contracts provided to clients.
  • Solve all client problems and follow-up on the status of the services provided to clients, maintaining solid relationships with the clients.
  • Manage call handling activities for service calls received from clients.
  • Quote for new maintenance contracts and required Spare parts to the new and current clients
  • Allocate the suitable resources to resolve the technical complaints and fulfill the required technical activities through coordinating with maintenance Team Leaders according to the workload assigned to each team.
  • Ensure Performance Evaluations are done for their subordinates and continuously develop the maintenance team and recommend the necessary training.

Technical Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in a relevant field specially in low current and light current solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering.
