Job Description

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales.
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
  • Have responsibility for all sales, operations and oversees activities across the sales team.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Responsible for not only selling but also maintaing and improving relationships with clients.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Working with sales agents and motivating them to close sales.
  • Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a real estate company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Relationship selling skills with consultative influence and above average closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate time management skills.
  • Target oriented.
  • Can withstand pressure handling situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software venues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
