Job Description

Role overview

  • The Demand Manager is responsible for the Demand Generation for a specific Region / Market Unit / territory defined by the business. The Demand Manager drives a data driven approach for Demand Generation.
  • She/he is the End to End owner of the Demand Plan and Execution, Orchestrator of the sources of demand and Demand Generation best practices. Responsible for execution of campaigns and programs and owner of the Pipeline Health Analysis in co-play with Sales Operations.

Key priorities:

  • Build the Demand Engine for the respective Business Unit that supports all customer facing roles to achieve the best possible quality pipeline. Creating curiosity in the market that enforces a reply from the targeted accounts.
  • Coordinating Demand Generation efforts closely with Value Added Team, Sales Operations and marketing, to analyze market opportunities and identify pipeline gaps. With that insight, then closely align with Sales, Digital Demand Executives, Marketing and Partner management to build and drive demand generation plans to provide solid pipeline coverage and conversion.
  • Foster creative demand generation strategies leveraging all stakeholders. Share best practices and innovate Demand Generation practices.
  • Identifying major hurdles and coordinate risk mitigations initiatives.
  • Define and execute the necessary steps to implement the data driven demand planning process in the business unit with the buy-in of key stakeholders, based on the global Demand Management Framework and individual best practices.
  • Provide visibility into ongoing and future DG activities, share results with all stakeholders and generate insights to fully exploit market potential.
  • Review DG practices for continuous process improvement, drive simplification and provide feedback to regional/global stakeholders.
  • A senior professional with 14+ years experience in Business Development, Sales or BD/Marketing.

  • Good knowledge of the Middle East Market

  • Track record of driving Sales Pipeline with experience in modern “data-driven” methods of demand generation.
  • A results-driven leader who possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrated success working with regional stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a virtual team.
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
