Job Description

  • Manage the relationships with our suppliers and distributors
  • Contact suppliers and distributors to get quotations. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, services with suppliers, and shipments details /shipping docs for foreign
  • Managing daily purchasing activities
  • Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
  • Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
  • Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
