Job Description
- As Planning Manager, you’ll be managing corporate-wide planning standards, company image control, and special, ad-hoc planning analyses, and serves as manager to the entire team of occupancy planners, planning assistants and CAD administrators.
- The leader will use data, analytical insights and strong problem-solving skills to develop and present multiple space scenarios to stakeholders. More importantly,
- Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organisation
- Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations
- Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
- Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil / Architectural engineering is a must
- 15 years of proven work experience 2 years as "Planning Manager" at least.
- Construction background is a must
- Good experience in the residential scope of work
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are a must.
