Job Description
- Control the time, cost and quality of construction projects, such as residential, commercial and buildings.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines & receive notification of the start date of work on the project and receive a copy of the business, conditions and essays, specifications and drawings, implementation programs and contracts for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare & negotiate contracts & revisions, changes with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers & subcontractors.
- Manage supplies or materials to complete projects promptly.
- Manage the close-out phase in terms of scheduling demobilization, testing and commissioning, generating certificates, drafting as-built drawings and operation manuals, variation orders and overall compensation of the project in order to successfully and profitably conclude projects.
Job Requirements
- 15+ & at least 2 years as Project manager in Mega projects
- Construction background is a must
