Job Description
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets set by management
- Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients and address customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Meet account growth targets set by management for the assigned market
- Provide continuous reporting on sales achieved
- Help with various projects assigned to the sales team
- Help with market research when necessary
- Help with competitor research when necessary
- Work hand-in-hand with Team Leaders and executives to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers
- Update all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
- Update the CRM with lead information
- Help with up-selling opportunities when new products are being released
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years’ experience of relevant experience
- Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
- Working knowledge of revenue/sales management is preferred.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Has professional business behavior with A “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
- Fluent in English language.
- You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements in the online field is a big plus.
- You have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude. You are passionate about online and have deep interest in developing startup businesses.
- Have proven leadership capabilities to lead, coach and train sales personnel.
