Job Description

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets set by management
  • Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients and address customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Meet account growth targets set by management for the assigned market
  • Provide continuous reporting on sales achieved
  • Help with various projects assigned to the sales team
  • Help with market research when necessary
  • Help with competitor research when necessary
  • Work hand-in-hand with Team Leaders and executives to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers
  • Update all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
  • Update the CRM with lead information
  • Help with up-selling opportunities when new products are being released

Job Requirements

  • 8-12 years’ experience of relevant experience
  • Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
  • Working knowledge of revenue/sales management is preferred.
  • Team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
  • Has professional business behavior with A “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements in the online field is a big plus.
  • You have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude. You are passionate about online and have deep interest in developing startup businesses.
  • Have proven leadership capabilities to lead, coach and train sales personnel.
