Job Description
Moderation agent responsibilities include:
- Moderate specific target of ads on a daily basis (to make sure that the ad content follow our company policy)
- Report any user behavior trends to the team leader
- Provide good user experience by moderating ads quickly (reach the required ATTL)
- Review all the reported ads from the user side and take the proper action.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English level.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is a plus.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
