Job Description
Job Purpose:
Supervision of all preparation, filling, cleaning and packaging processes in clean liquid area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convey knowledge and supervision for all personnel while providing solutions for cleaning related issues such as those pertaining to environmental monitoring and product quality.
- Understand machinations of EMS and its standard response.
- Convey knowledge of operation and troubleshooting, while provide innovative ideas to prevent future disturbances.
- Provide and plan for solutions related to the issues arising due to different types of flow.
- Provide and plan for solutions and take decisions related to any product issues, deviations and improvements.
- Convey knowledge of operation and troubleshoot for CIP system
- Detect zone c discrepancies and provide smart solutions.
- Retrieve certain required documents as per allowed access level, revise and check all documents.
- Convey setup and changeover knowledge, improve and define their benefits.
- Handle and test filters without supervision.
- Convey knowledge to concerned parties, with overall awareness of tests, such as buffers and electrodes needed.
- Improve machine performance significantly through knowledge of machine, products and other pertaining issues.
- Convey knowledge of First Line maintenance and Operator Asset Care and their benefits
Job Requirements
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required:
- University bachelors' degree of Pharmacy / Engineering.
- 0-2 years of Practical experience of work in pharmaceutical company.
- Good command of the English language.
- working experience in sterile area or nasal liquids is a plus
- Good understanding of the machinery's operations for proper documentation.
- Good understanding for the operating environment and its requirements.
- Effective Documentation capabilities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
