Utilities Engineer

Job Purpose:

To be part of Engineering team supporting the site objectives and ensure compliance to safety & quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare maintenance procedures for the site utilities systems and ensure all are in place and in use.
• Implement the CMMS in the utilities activities to minimize the unplanned Breakdowns, improve equipment reliability and reduce business interruptions.
• Prepare and send periodical reports for area of responsibility status.
• Report for upgrade needed for the HVAC section & WTP.
• Improve consumption rates for water and energy to achieve annual targets and initiate new saving opportunities.
• Participate in annual budget planning for maintenance department.
• Develop engineering technicians’ knowledge by training and on job support.
• Follow up and support achieving department KPIs.
• Technical support for project team to ensure that the services comply with the required
• Proceed modifications and advise any modification needed.
• Manage the third-party contractor for the chillers, cooling towers & WTP maintenance to ensure service done in full as per plans.
• Apply the EHS requirement in all responsibility fields.
