Job Description
Job Purpose:
To be part of Engineering team supporting the site objectives and ensure compliance to safety & quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare maintenance procedures for the site utilities systems and ensure all are in place and in use.
- Implement the CMMS in the utilities activities to minimize the unplanned Breakdowns, improve equipment reliability and reduce business interruptions.
- Prepare and send periodical reports for area of responsibility status.
- Report for upgrade needed for the HVAC section & WTP.
- Improve consumption rates for water and energy to achieve annual targets and initiate new saving opportunities.
- Participate in annual budget planning for maintenance department.
- Develop engineering technicians’ knowledge by training and on job support.
- Follow up and support achieving department KPIs.
- Technical support for project team to ensure that the services comply with the required
- Proceed modifications and advise any modification needed.
- Manage the third-party contractor for the chillers, cooling towers & WTP maintenance to ensure service done in full as per plans.
- Apply the EHS requirement in all responsibility fields.
Job Requirements
- University Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field in a similar role.
- GMP standards knowledge.
- DI standards.
- GESs understanding.
- EHS policies background.
