Job Description

Transform and optimize the business processes when operational gaps and inefficiencies are identified

Prioritize the areas that require urgent improvement and have the max impact on company performance

Manage and optimize the entire processes of shop launches

Identify and assess the training needs of the shops & prepare monthly/weekly training schedules.

Train shops on company policies, operating procedures & customer service protocols

Track improvement & progress expected after the trainings and report the key findings and suggestions to the operations head

Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve operational procedures
-
Ensuring that all our technical solutions in the shops work properly (tablets, desktops, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency
- Finalized military status
- University graduates/ Drop outs of any major are welcomed to apply
- A previous call center/ operations experience is preferred
- Owning a car/scooter is a plus
