Job Description
- Train The sales Agent and Equip the entire Sales Team and technically measure the performance of each individual.
- Reviewing the daily Reports submitted by the Quality Department.
- Hold a Weekly Meeting with the entire Sales Team and a one-to-one meeting with each individual every 3 days.
- Generate reservation forms for the new contracting customers.
- Review and modify the engineering designs of the next point project.
- Oversee The Sales team's daily Transaction on CRM.
- Evaluate The Sales Team Via Making random Calls of Customers Every Week.
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent command over English
