Job Description
Purpose of the job:
- To combine vendor technologies and third-party services partners to propose best-fit solutions and services for DSS customer requirements
Duties
- Responsible for helping sales achieve revenue targets in her/his region/assigned vertical.
- Responsible to understand customer requirements, work with the internal technology team(s) to design solution(s) to address those requirements, present solutions to customers to obtain technical buy-in, estimate the bill of material and level of effort in terms of services and compile technical proposals
- Responsible to work with vendor pre-sales teams to arrive at the best possible alternative amongst possible solutions
- Responsible to identify the right vendor(s) for a technology for which DSS doesn’t already have a vendor partnership
- Responsible to stay abreast of DSS’s competitor’s solutions and carry out feature and functionality comparison(s) of DSS’s technology portfolio with that of competitor(s)
- Responsible to ensure her/his skills enhancement on new and upcoming technologies as well as advancements of existing technologies DSS works on.
- Responsible to pass technology certification exams in order for DSS to propose better solutions to customers and to maintain a higher level of vendor partnership
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT or IS
- Experience in Years: 5+ Years of relevant experience
- Arabic Language: Understand, read, write and speak fluently.
- English Language: Understand, read, write and speak fluently.
