Job Description
- Coordinate with all stakeholders in order to streamline the workflow.
- Manage concurrently rising up issues that may negatively impact overall performance and efficiency.
- Communicate/ meet any stakeholder in order to push work progress.
- Participate in the plan development and make necessary changes on spot in order to keep goals attainment.
- Hold financial record to record expenses that is made during the month.
- Report performance of team, media and marketing providers.
- Preform customer surveys online or via phone to get their feedback about the product.
- Support in the recruitment process as per project needs.
- Make on demand online research
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience of (3-5) years in jobs has role of management, coordination and organizing.
- Preferred experience in the (training – recruitment - marketing)
- Very good in English (written and spoken).
- High organizing and coordination skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible enough to understand and adapt with the unspecified and dynamic nature of the managed remotely startup.
- Ability to learn.
- Skills of multi-tasking and managing time effectively.
- High reporting skills.
- Ms office very good user (power point, word, excel)
