Job Description
- An industrial cost accountant is needed to perform various tasks as:
- Updating standard costs in the bill of materials.
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the Quarter-end close.
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by IFRS.
- Pricing of tenders according to the company's pricing policy.
- Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Job Requirements
- The industrial background is a must.
- From Burg Al-Arab or nearby city residents.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
- The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
