Job Description
Operations Scope
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and expenditures. - Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Working with Manager in change order management, project tracking, and document control activities.
Marketing Scope
- Assist direct manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms.
- Responsible for managing all social media platforms of the company including Facebook, LinkedIn to increase our online presence.
- Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or any equivalent degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the major marketing channel.
- Excellent in the English Language and Microsoft Office
- Experience with graphic design preferred (Photoshop )
