Job Description
- Responsible for training the new hires in the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales skills.
- Responsible for giving training of new model specifications and following promoters before being released in the market.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit into the Egyptian market.
- Carrying on Inspection twice per week and reporting and determine all promoter's needs.
- Determine problems of the area you are responsible for and try to fix it.
- Selling experience 4 times per month.
- Summarize All changes before and after training in the area that responsible for.
Job Requirements
- Exp. 0-1 year as a trainer (student activities would be appreciated).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Bachelor degree.
- Max. age:28
- Excellent English.
- Very good computer skills (esp. MS Office applications).
