Job Description
- Planning and maintaining the project budget
- Take part in the project management review and risk management review
- Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables
- Review and approve technical material submittals
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
- Review (contractors and suppliers invoices)
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil Department / Architecture )
- 15 Years of extensive experience in operations, design, engineering, site works, construction/site management, project evaluation, and technical office management
- Experience in Consultancies or real-estate development companies is preferable
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent business and technical writing
- Problem-solving Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
