Job Description
- Establish & maintain personal files in accordance with the labor law, prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll & ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR leave & time attendance policies by tracking employee leaves.
- Handle the exit and end of relation with the employee
- Support in the recruitment process by preparing offer letters and ensure employee onboarding.
- Dealing with the government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Establish social and health insurance for the entire staff.
- Maintain Employees Data on Success factors ( adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes)
- Handle both the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Prepare monthly payroll & issue payslips.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
- Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Business Administration.
- Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with respect to HR software and tools.
