Job Description
- Monitor, and record software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
- Implement procedures for tracking systems assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
- Oversee a system-wide IT asset management program.
- Maintain a list of system level contacts to assist with maintenance of asset management database.
- Coordinate training as needed to engage system community in accurate data collection and maintenance of asset records.
- Maintain, and enforce asset management procedures and standards.
- Maintain asset management procedure manual that contains detailed descriptions of system functions, tasks, responsibilities.
- Maintain asset management web pages.
- Coordinate system-wide hardware disposal efforts
- Review system purchase requisitions for compliance with IT standards for hardware, software, and vendor selection.
- Generate asset tracking reports as needed by Technology leadership for planning and budgeting purposes.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Computer Engineering or computer science
- Knowledge of hardware and software life cycle management Basic Skills:
- English Level: Very Good MS Office Level: Very Good
- Years of Experience: From: 1 to 3 Years
