Job Description
- Perform basic administration of the Mini-cash system solution to improve performance.
- Manage the vendors instance and security settings in order to enhance the solution.
- Manage system enhancements, changes, and new release implementation in order to fulfill the needed business requirements.
- Manage the Mini-cash system life cycle implemented on the solution to continuously audit data integrity. 5. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously audit/uncover data integrity, process integrity, and productivity issues and assist users with new report design and management.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve end user solution related errors to improve performance.
- Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the solution.
- Develop and implement new vendor solution extensions or updates to the existing solution in order to fulfill the needed business requirements.
- Identify new opportunities for workflow enhancements and productivity, and recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information technology or any of its equivalents
Other Qualifications: -
- MCP, MCAD. - ITIL. - Axapta ERP Techno-Function. - Retail industry experience is preferred.
