Job Description
Main Duties:
- Organize and follow the production plan to provide planned products on time in full.
- Insure that all the quality parameters are met starting from the resin till the finished product for all lines
- Train the production technician to work hand on hand with the quality department to agree on what’s needed to meet the quality standard.
- Train the production technician to work in hand with the engineering department on the line to improve the USLE.
- Working hand in hand with engineering department by monitoring the spare parts store quantity max and min. stock item and when we should buying according to the machine efficiency.
- Preventive maintenance implementation.
- Make sure that production area safe and clean by using GMP regulations, standard and make sure that all my team members are wearing the PPE’s required as well as all safety devices.
- Using trouble shooting tool.
- Using the full implementation of the HACCP standards.
- Train operators on what should be done and how.
- Using OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) as KPI to analyze the data to get more information and Make a weekly meeting with engineering and quality department to discussing the problem and weakness point in our lines to make corrective actions by using problem solving techniques.
- Manage losses material, calculating the data, analysis and taking corrective actions.
- Collect all machine data reports and deploy the result to have a clear image on graphs regarding to machine efficiencies and breakdowns.
- Follow the Preventive maintenance process and make audit for simple process to make sure that already doing in correct way before line start up and using PM Quality Compliance equation as a KPI.
