Job Description
- Develops & implements strategic initiatives for all outlets as per the budget.
- Deliver outlets’ sales and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensures maximization of profitability of all outlets.
- Recommends new lines of business to be driven through the outlets.
- Presents monthly management reports of sales, costs and profitability to highlight trends & variances.
- Identify key trends in the market specifically for sales activities& retail business and apply these new trends into the company.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with potential partners / sponsors.
- Responsible for developing quality measurements tools necessary to monitor main outlet KPI’S i.e. Mystery shoppers, Customer surveys.Etc)
- Acts as a consultant or coach for outlet Managers & Staff.
- Organize regular and in-depth consultation with top management and each outlet unit to review activities and achievement of set goals
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in (Retail Chain of Luxury or Consumer Goods) is highly preferable.
- Demonstrated ability in managing chains in a retail environment.
- Very good strategic thinking capability.
- Should possess excellent management skills including- not limited to (People Management-Quality mindset, negotiation skills, process design).
- Minimum 10 years retail chain management experience in a strong retail brand.
