Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Design, Growth, Brand, Customer Experience and Operations teams to continually create engaging user experiences
- Product strategy Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies.
- Create Business plan and improve organizational process
- Strategies decisions and financial and budget analysis
- Balance customer and business needs, while remaining flexible in a fast-changing environment
- Create, develop and implement industrialized product solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes in line with consumer’s expectation, brand foundations and guidelines
- Delight our customers and make sure we are always improving the product experience
- Analyze user behavior via data/analytics and identify opportunities for conversion improvement
- Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager, Brand Manager, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
- Worked as a manager for a health or skin care product is a MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
- Have flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
- Have strong communication, analytical and networking skills
- Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer trends

- Are fluent in English
