Job Summary
Software Architecture / Integration design :
- Design / Implement software architecture; Focusing on Integration (Odoo) (Oracle / Odoo ) ...etc.
- Improve & optimize the application integration scenarios
- Design / Configure internal infrastructure
- Ensure scalability of the solutions on the company .
- Lead the integration project in association with the implementer.
Developments:
- Develop solution / modules MVP / Test MVP
- Develop or validate API's
- Maintain API's proper documentation
- Define and implement development standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices
Team management:
- Coach, mentor & monitor performance for a team of 4 Odoo Developer
- Manage key stakeholders (Internal / external customers) to communicate effectively & solve any conflicts/problems
- Develop department KPI's / budget & requirements.
DevOps
- Set up a streamlined deployment pipeline
- Plan software releases
- Manage releases, tags, and versions
- Carry out safe and downtime-proof software releases
System administrator
- Make sure that the company’s data is protected
- Manage the organization’s domains, SSL certificates, and related components
- Develop and implement an internal communication system for the company
- Monitor the performance of the company’s IT infrastructure
Technical Support
- Co-design technical support workflow with the operation, customer service & sales team
- Resolve clients technical issues
- Analyze technical issue and client feedback to inform solutions’ enhancement & new features
Job Requirements

Education Level
- Bachelor's degree university in a related field required (Computer science or Engineering)
Years of Experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in preferably Python(Odoo) development.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
- Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
- Dedicated to the success of peers and demonstrated a willingness to train/mentor
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models.
