Job Description
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Assist in organizing Interview schedule.
- Sending job offers to the candidates and Signing contracts.
- Responsible for finishing all paperwork related to new hires and getting them authorized and approved.
- Responsible for ensuring new e-mail accounts have been created and laptops have been provided for all new hires before they join.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and career path.
- Maintain the automatic reply for rejected candidates.
- Maintain proper recruitment filing system (CVs, applications).
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Coordinate / Implement health and life insurance programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Construction experience is a must.
- Very Good in English.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment & Medical Insurance process.
- Human Resources studies are preferable
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Presentation Skills.
