Job Description
- To make sure maintenance and repair jobs area carried out in an agile way and in line with the needs of the customers' cars, as well as complying with all the workshop requirements.
- Ensure staff’s execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
- Maintain the discipline, safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication with Section Head and subordinate staff for smooth operation of workshop floor.
- Ensure work quality and enhance customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
- Determine and provide resources needed to support the operation (manpower, infrastructure, tools, etc.).
- Reviewed employee performance on a regular basis and ensured customer satisfaction.
- Provide moral support, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Ensure team compliance with AGM Systems and participation with organization’s improvement activities.
- Ensure tasks are carry out with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
- Developing proposals for induction training and of perfecting of workshop collaborators according to qualification and performance, as well as taking measures for training and perfecting in agreement with the After Sales Manager.
- Making sure of conservation, order and cleanliness in the workshop area and controlling the layout for use and the safety of all the company's installations and workshop equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 5+years of experience in the automotive field
- Leadership Management experience
- Strong knowledge of business administration
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer skills
