Description:
- This function is accountable for IT solutions maintenance, enhancements, availability and automation.
- IT solutions include the technologies, processes and tools needed to meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applying systems updates, patches on a regular basis.
- Performing routines audits of running systems.
- Providing technical and functional support to Tier 1 technical support.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring the availability, performance and security of supported services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnosing and resolving Problems and engaging internal specialists and vendors in the respective areas as required.
- Providing off-hour support for critical issues.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication/Computer engineering or computer science.
- Microsoft related certification is a plus.
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Understanding of network standards.
- Strong Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Name System.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of Office 365 setup and administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Lync and CRM.
- General knowledge of Microsoft products is plus.
- 2 Years of experience in the same field.
