Job Description
Task:
- Update & report project statement on a daily basis.
- Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from the Project team.
- Issue & send all documents, letters & emails regarding projects.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client if required.
- Follow up & report the plan of payment status regarding project phases.
- Send monthly reports to help management in decisions & investments.
Job Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production/civil/mechanical Department).
- 4 to 6 years
- Proficient in MS Office MS project or alike
- Experience in Official project communications and correspondence
- Communication skills
- Experience in project accounting and billing cycles.
Remark:
