Job Description
Call Center Team Leader (French Account) is urgently required to start as soon as possible with us.
- Responsible for the Day To Day supervision of a group of Call Center agents.
- Responsible for Developing and Coaching team members.
- Tracking statistics of number of complaints, inquiries, suggestions and identifying root causes, preventive & corrective actions.
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Motivate team members, listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French is a must (Writing & Speaking)
