- Ability to conduct a Relationship with creators to gather insights and provide valuable tips on how Starzly works.
- Ability to keep Talents/creators motivated by sharing feedback and tips on how to improve and grow.
- Ability to connect and build positive first impressions with Talents content creators / Actors.
- Up to date with the celebrities scene in the Region.
