We are a new company (Community Med.) specialized in pharmacy Management. We are transforming the commercial structure to embed the role of the community pharmacist in the working style aiming to :
- Enhance team efficiency at the Pharmacy level.
- Applying a new business model to keep up the new evolution of community pharmacy field related to chronic patient's management.
- Reducing the burden posed by chronic diseases by providing health screening, medicines management, health promotion and education and supporting enhanced self-management for chronic conditions.
- Expanding pharmacy services to include medication reviews and new medicine support, thus maximizing the benefits of, improving adherence to, and minimizing the inherent risk of using medicines. Introduce a new model for market trends like medicated cosmetics and non-chemical products.
