Job Description
- Responsible for analysis of service requests, understanding of customer requirements, build service solution and service offer preparation with winning strategy according to customer needs plus the complex deals’ management including preparation of good quality offers.
- Ensure the best Services solution and of the maximum price level compliant to the competitive needed price.
- Responsible for technical & operational risks assessment and risks mitigation for services solution.
- Handle services solution presentations and training workshops for MEA customers.
- Creating and implementing Market Attack Plans, growing Services Sales with customers.
- Customer engagement to identify problems and drives pro-active service offers initiatives based on Nokia IP service portfolio.
- Promoting Nokia IP services solutions internally and externally
Job Requirements
- Outstanding communication & Negotiation skills.
- Driving, working and orchestrating between virtual and extended team.
- IP routing and/or MPLS background is a must and credibility with technologies such as: SDN, network virtualization, datacenter operations and WAN virtualization.
- Good Knowledge on services solution related to IP technologies and Virtual/Cloud portfolio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- University degree in Telecommunications
- Excellent English communication skills.
- French language is a plus
- 3+ years of relevant IP and SDN expertise
- Thorough understanding of services solution related to IP technologies and Virtual/Cloud portfolio.
- Self-driven
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent business acumen
- The role will require international travel
- The ability to work as part of a distributed team is critical.
